At the Sloane Stephens Foundation, we believe that taking care of one's mental health is just as important as physical health. That's why we offer the following mental health resources for our students.

Self-Esteem & Wellness Groups

Led by a social worker, therapist, or school psychologist, these groups focus on helping our students prepare for daily life by building self-esteem and teaching wellness strategies.

SEL Training for Coaches

We believe that mental health education should be an integral part of our coaching program. That's why we provide Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) training for our coaches, so they can provide the best support possible for our students.

Daily Meditation

Our students love meditation! In fact, 97% of them have identified it as their favorite part of the day.
